I love to sleep. I schedule naps into my day and get upset if I don't get to stick to my schedule.
I get up at 6:20 a.m. to get my boy off to school. Then when he leaves at 7 I go back to bed until 9 or so. This morning my guy asked me to make a phone call at 8. So I'm not sure when I'm going back to bed for my morning nap. Guess I'm going to skip it and try for an afternoon nap.
I love all of Sark's books but one of my favorites "Change Your Life Without Getting Out of Bed:The Ultimate Nap Book". I think I need to read it again.
Tim Ferris' book The 4 Hour Work Week is evidently a lie but I still hold out hope that it's possible to be successful AND take a nap everyday.
When I take my vitamins and minerals on a regular basis my body likes me to sleep a normal amount. Around 8 or 9 hours total in a 24 hr period. Without my vits and mins it's more like 12 hrs a day, total, counting naps.
I think one of the reasons I stop taking my vits and mins even though I feel incredibly better, mentally and physically, is because I like to sleep so much. And I literally can't sleep as much when I take my vits and mins.
