If we could get in touch with our bodies they would tell us what we need. For example, when I have a headache my body isn't saying that I have an aspirin deficiency. It's saying that I ate too much sugar, or I'm dehydrated, or I'm stressed out, or I'm having sinus issues. It's my job to listen and figure it out.
I have to be a detective and figure it out but I think I'm more quaified than anyone else to figure out what might be going on with me.
And it's important to listen while it's still just whispering. Don't wait until it's screaming and in crisis.
