I used to do a blog specifically about essential oils. That's the blog I changed to Figments. I quit blogging about it for a couple of reasons. However, I still believe that essential oils are an important factor for good health.
I have dozens of stories, my own and other's, about how the oils enable the body's systems to heal quickly, efficiently. Faster and better than on it's own.
If you haven't looked into using oils or tried them yourself I highly recommend it. Start with a couple of the common ones. Tea tree for cuts and scrapes and mild infections. Peppermint for headaches and stomachaches. Lemon is antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. And it smells good. Lavender for cuts, scrapes, and especially for burns.
Try to make sure you get 100% oil which is difficult to do. They work better when they aren't cut with fatty oils or chemicals.
