migraines

I've been getting migraines since I was a teenager. The miracle drug Imitrex works for me and I've been able to manage them. When I was pregnant with Tabitha I didn't have a migraine for months. I was taking the Health Pack from New Vision. It was before the liquid vitamins.

That's my new goal. No migraines for 6 plus months. Goals are supposed to feel reachy but not impossible. 6 months feels possible to me, but it's a reach. Do you know there are people that never have a headache.

My little ones have headaches already. I'm putting them on the health pack, too. Except I think it might be called something else now. But whatever it's called we all need it in addition to the liquid vitamins and minerals we take everyday.
