I still have the same plan to eliminate refined sugar from my diet. I actually accomplish this for a few days at a time. I think I'm a sugar addict. I am also a book addict but that isn't as unhealthy. Or fattening.
It's not just the weight issue. Sugar is the culprit behind more than one of my health issues. White sugar is very bad for me.
I'll just keep working on it.
