My official start date for my new Vemma Bode diet is Sunday April 2. I have been finishing off some the food in the house that I will no longer be eating. Like Toaster Strudels. And a lot of pasta.
This is the state of my health now. I weigh 195 lbs give or take a pound or two. My waist is 39 inches depending on where you put the measuring tape. My fat stomach is my biggest complaint.
I have been ridiculously tired for the last month or two. Really. Sleeping 15+ hours a day and still feeling tired. I've considered half a dozen possibilities as to why I am so tired but haven't figured it out. I'm still eliminating possibilities, like an infected tooth, and problems with blood sugar levels.
My neck hurts, my shoulder hurts, my left knee hurts, I have migraines several times a month.
That's all I can remember right now.
I haven't taken my before picture yet. I'm doing that Saturday and posting it then. Then my plan is to take a picture a day for at least 30 days. The weight loss program is 12 weeks so I might take a picture a day for 12 weeks if it doesn't prove too difficult.
This is going to be fun. I am so excited. To lose weight and to feel better.
